• No customer personal information is sent to external AI services without the customer’s approval.

How we verify

• Every citation, quote and figure in a deliverable is checked against its source by a person before release.
• Anything sent to a customer passes a human approval gate.
• Important work is reviewed by a second, independent AI model as well as a person.
• Each deliverable states how AI was used in preparing it.

Accountability

The principal is accountable for every release and deliverable, whoever or whatever drafted it.
